As a small child I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking. Following in the foot steps of my Grandpa, who was a Chef and restaurant owner. In 1995 i sold my first batch of peanut butter cookies at school and have been baking ever since, for over 23 years. Using my Great Great Great Grandmother’s Peanut Butter Cookie recipe as the base for my cookies. I combined my two favorite snacks: nuts and cookies, creating my own original unique recipes.
