Sherrese and Sonya have years of experience teaching Pilates and Fitness in Sonoma County. The two have been friends and colleagues for over a decade. After successfully running their independent businesses they have decided to collaborate and expand in an effort to share their love of Pilates and Pilates based fitness with larger groups of Sonoma County residents.
